What You'll Do

Lead and oversee multiple Medical & Clinical Operations functions

Provide clinical guidance to staff (disease state, health conditions, care navigation)

Review and oversee coordination of care (chronic condition management, utilization management, case management)

Develop, review, and approve policies and procedures for medical and clinical programs

Ensure compliance with company policies and adapt to evolving business needs

Qualifications
  • Active Physician PRC License
  • Residency training completed and Board Exam Certified (Diplomate) in Internal Medicine
  • At least 1 year relevant clinical experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience as a practising Medical Doctor is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Amenable to night shift work (full-time)
  • Hybrid setup – onsite 2–3 days/week
  • Reliable internet connection (100 Mbps)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
