A Teleconsult Doctor offers remote assistance in managing patient health by providing diagnosis, treatment, and counseling.

This hybrid role requires you to work from home during certain shifts. Ensure a laptop or desktop with acceptable speed, as well as stable power and internet connectivity are available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct teleconsultations promptly and professionally
• Adhere to committed shifts and patient schedules.
• Respond quickly to endorsements and concerns.
• Take calls or join the queue during peak hours.
• Attend meetings and training sessions.
• Follow teleconsult protocols and quality standards.
• Uphold professionalism, honesty, and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications: What We're Looking For:

• Registered physician with an active PRC license, new board passers are welcome to apply
• Proficient in computer applications
• Amenable to work onsite and undergo training prior to deployment
