Job Summary:

We are looking for friendly, patient, and professional Customer Service Representatives to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product/service support across various industries such as telecommunications, finance, technology, sales, and insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails.
  • Answer customer questions about products, services, or accounts.
  • Resolve complaints or technical issues efficiently and politely.
  • Process orders, applications, payments, or claims.
  • Provide accurate information and follow company procedures.
  • Upsell or cross-sell products when needed (for sales-related roles).
  • Keep records of customer interactions and update systems.
  • Meet performance targets (e.g. quality, speed, customer satisfaction).

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
