About the role

We are seeking an experienced Voice, Blended & Chat account professional to join our team at the Augustin International Center, Inc.' in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers the flexibility of virtual work, allowing you to contribute your skills from the comfort of your own home. As part of our dynamic Information & Communication Technology team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service through voice, blended, and chat-based support.

What you'll be doing

1. Provide high-quality voice, blended, and chat-based customer support to our clients
2. Efficiently handle a wide range of customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer effective solutions
3. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanour when interacting with customers
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve customer experience
5. Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative support strategies
6. Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance your skills

What we're looking for

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a voice, blended, or chat-based customer support role
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle complex customer inquiries
4. Proficient in using various customer service and communication software and tools
5. Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies and processes
6. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive team environment
