We are looking to fill our Online Proctor team at Kryterion by Drake International. The Test Delivery Services - Customer Support Technician is the principle operational point of contact for the testing clients and testing candidates in need of support for all exam platforms. If you are diligent and focused individual who wants to make an impact with a great team, we would like to hear from you

Essential Duties:

  • Validate all test taker identities;
  • Observe test takers via streaming video;
  • Document observation notes based on test taker behaviors;
  • Understand and rapidly assess severity levels of aberrant behaviors;
  • Escalate as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High school Diploma or equivalent;
  • Computer literate;
  • Strong written communication skills'
  • High level of integrity (background check required);
  • Ability to work independently in a team environment;
  • Must adhere to strict procedures and protocols;
  • Ability to handle a reasonable amount of multitasking duties.
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedule
  • Amenable to work onsite in Ayala Cebu
  • Can commit to work on a seasonal account

Job Types: Fixed term, Temporary

Pay: Php27, Php30,000.00 per month
