About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced candidate to join our team and lead the development of our healthcare collections workforce. This role is pivotal in delivering high-impact training programs across multiple geographies including the Philippines, India, Puerto Rico, and the United States. If you are passionate about adult learning, healthcare revenue cycle management, and driving performance through education, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
- Facilitate engaging training sessions for new hires and existing collectors.
- Deliver training across various regions: Philippines, India, Puerto Rico, and the US.
- Conduct classroom, webinar, and blended learning sessions.
- Provide training on systems, processes, applications, and company culture.
- Coach and mentor new learners to ensure successful onboarding and performance.
Training Preparation & Follow-Up
- Collaborate on curriculum development and instructional design.
- Support learners pre- and post-training, including OJT and ramp-up support.
- Track and report batch performance and maintain training databases.
- Provide feedback to learners and their leaders on progress and development areas.
- Participate in process calibrations with QA, Operations, and other teams.
Other Duties
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support business quality (BQ) performance management.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3–5 years of experience in hospital billing – AR (follow-ups/denials)
- Proven experience in delivering training in classroom, webinar, and blended formats
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in virtual training platforms (WebEx, Teams, Zoom)
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Preferred:
- 2–5 years of training experience
- Background in healthcare revenue cycle management services
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and interactive delivery methods
- Experience in acute specialty areas, MS04, Invision, eFR, and appeal writing
