The Packaging Solutions Consultant (PSC) for Specialized Flexible Packaging is a field-based role responsible for developing new markets, customers, and key accounts requiring advanced packaging solutions such as bags with spouts, shaped pouches, and high-barrier laminates produced by TIPC's strategic manufacturing partner in China.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of sales experience and a Bachelor's degree qualification.

The PSC is expected to drive growth by identifying business opportunities, establishing long-term partnerships with major food, beverage, and industrial companies, and ensuring that TIPC is recognized as the trusted packaging solutions partner in the region.

Business Development & Account Acquisition

· Identifies, develops, and opens new accounts for Specialized Flexible Packaging (bags with spouts, shaped pouches, high-barrier laminates).

· Requires specific packaging industry experience for specialised flexible packaging solutions.

· Establishes and strengthens partnerships with decision-makers in major manufacturing industries, including food, beverage, personal care, and household segments.

· Requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience working with major accounts or enterprise clients.

· Develops annual business plans and account strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.

· Conducts market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and product trends in the assigned territory.

Customer Relationship Management

· Acts as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring excellent communication, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.

· Conducts regular business reviews and joint planning sessions to ensure account growth and alignment with customer goals.

· Provides technical guidance and coordinates with R&D, Production, and Logistics to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

· Ensures after-sales support and timely resolution of customer concerns

Sales Performance and Revenue Growth

· Achieves assigned sales targets and profitability objectives within the assigned territory (Luzon or VisMin).

· Prepares detailed sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports for review by the Senior Sales Manager.

· Monitors and manages credit standing, collections, and account payment terms.

· Ensures that all sales transactions adhere to company pricing and margin policies.

Marketing and Product Awareness

· Supports marketing initiatives and trade activities that promote TIPC's specialized flexible packaging products.

· Provides feedback to Marketing and R&D for new product development and improvement opportunities.

· Assists in developing product presentations, technical proposals, and marketing collaterals to support client engagement.

Records and Data Management

· Ensures accuracy and completeness of all sales documentation, reports, and customer records.

· Maintains updated data on customer activities, quotations, and feedback to support business analysis and decision-making.

· Must be available for extensive travel as required by this field-based role.
