About the role

As the VTS Compliance Supervisor at FILOIL GAS and ENERGY COMPANY, INC.', you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's compliance with industry regulations and standards. This full-time position is based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, and will involve overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the company's Vehicle Tracking System (VTS) system.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the VTS system operates in compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices
  • Monitoring the performance of the VTS system and its operators, and taking corrective action as necessary
  • Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify and address any non-compliance issues
  • Providing training and guidance to VTS operators to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to perform their duties effectively
  • Liaising with regulatory authorities and industry bodies to stay up-to-date with changing requirements
  • Preparing detailed reports and documentation to demonstrate the company's compliance with VTS regulations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the VTS system and related processes

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience (8+ years) in a quality assurance or compliance role within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industries
  • In-depth knowledge of VTS regulations, standards and best practices
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective compliance monitoring and reporting systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address non-compliance issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • A passion for quality assurance and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of compliance
