We are seeking an experienced and proactive Employee Relations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for fostering positive workplace relationships, handling employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and management, helping maintain a productive, engaged, and legally compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations matters including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, labor laws, and workplace best practices.
  • Partner with leadership to promote a positive and inclusive company culture.
  • Conduct investigations into workplace issues and recommend fair and consistent outcomes.
  • Assist in policy development, interpretation, and communication to ensure alignment across the organization.
  • Collaborate with HR team on performance management, engagement initiatives, and retention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all employee relations cases while ensuring confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in employee relations, HR generalist, or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Excellent communication, mediation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with integrity.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance employee advocacy and organizational goals.
