
Franchising Associate

Responsibilities:
· Directory Updates: Update the franchise directory in case of changes, including the designated Points of Contact (POCs) of franchisees for ordering and communications.
· Reporting: Assist in creating weekly reports detailing new franchisees and their corresponding investments.
· Franchise Documentation: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of franchise documentation, agreements, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations and legal requirements.
· Franchise Onboarding & Training: Coordinate the onboarding process for new franchisees, including preparing training materials, facilitating orientation sessions, and assisting in training. Over time, take on the responsibility of independently conducting training sessions for franchisees.
· Franchisee Relations: Regularly check in with all franchisees to ask how they are doing, ensure their concerns are addressed, and identify if they need any assistance or support.
· Inclusions Management: Handle and organize all inclusions of the franchise package to ensure completeness and timely delivery.
· Marketing Materials & Social Media: Prepare and manage marketing materials, including the printing of franchise packages, flyers, and other promotional tools. Assist clients in understanding franchising opportunities through these materials. Handle the creation and management of social media pages for franchisees to support their brand presence and local marketing efforts.
· Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the franchising department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining files and records.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
● Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in franchise operations or support.
● Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with franchisees, colleagues, and external partners.
● Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
● Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges as needed.
