Are you passionate about ensuring that employees adhere to company policies while also providing them with opportunities for growth and skill development? We're looking for a goal-driven and compassionate HR Movement Process & Disciplinary to help us maintain a productive and compliant team
Location: Panacan, Davao City
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, serve & resend NTE/NOD to agency & direct.
- Process Return to Agency (RTA).
- Make waive memo for the merchandiser and HM under agency & direct.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Movement Process):
- Store movement coordination
- Meeting and Training
- Replacement and Substitute Merchandiser
- Merchandiser
a. Announcement dissemination.
b. Addressing minor management concerns.
c. Official Announcements and/or handle Awarding Ceremony.
- Prepared Movement Letter send to HRD
a. Request Letter, Visit Letter and/or any necessary letter needed.
Qualifications:
- Psychology or Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resource Management Graduate, or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or any related field.
- 6 months to 1 year experience in the same field, preferably in employee relations or disciplinary management and employee development or learning & development.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws, disciplinary procedures and workplace compliance.
- Strong knowledge of learning principles, and training methodologies.
- Honest, hardworking, ability to work under pressure and good analytical skills.
- Good written communication skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate, expressing requirements and expectations to wide range of individuals.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
