About the Role

Lead the conceptualization, management, and implementation of new projects for government clients. This role drives new revenue streams, ensures client compliance, streamlines processes, and enhances customer experience. You'll represent the company to clients, anticipate risks, evaluate requirements, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

Project Development & Management

  • Develop project concepts, including business and financial models, process flows, and executive presentations.
  • Conduct research to assess feasibility, market trends, and emerging technologies for integration into current or future projects.
  • Build and maintain networks of vendors, suppliers, and potential private/government partners.
  • Serve as Project Manager, overseeing schedules, requirements gathering, technical design, systems development, and testing.
  • Monitor and improve existing auxiliary systems by working closely with the operations team and tracking service tickets.
  • Manage the smooth turnover of completed projects to the Auxiliary Operations team.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Initiate and lead exploratory discussions with prospective partners and maintain a pivotal role in project approval.
  • Provide timely project status updates to management, clients, third-party contractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for legal documentation (e.g., NDAs, MOAs), project costing/financials, technical validations, and operational impact assessments.

Leadership & Reporting

  • Guide and mentor Project Development Officers and Junior Officers.
  • Ensure accurate, on-time reports for the VP, Project Development.
  • Uphold company policies, professional standards, and performance expectations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least
    5–7 years of progressive experience in project development or management
    , with a minimum of
    2–3 years in a managerial capacity
    .
  • Strong background in business development, project costing/financial modeling, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
