Job Summary:

The Office Staff is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This position assists colleagues and executives by supporting daily office needs, managing general administrative activities, and ensuring the smooth running of the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence (emails, letters, packages).
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems (physical and electronic).
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory; place orders when necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Support team members and management with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure the office environment is tidy, professional, and well-organized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php12,000.00 per month
