Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating digital marketing materials, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and presentations.
  • Prepare and format artwork for both digital and print outputs.
  • Support the design team in maintaining brand guidelines and visual consistency across all platforms.
  • Conduct image research, select photography, and edit visuals as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to produce engaging multimedia assets.
  • Assist in updating and managing website and digital content via CMS tools.
  • Organize design files, maintain asset libraries, and ensure proper file naming conventions.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
  • Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Familiarity with digital formats (web, mobile, social media) and file optimization.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • Portfolio demonstrating design work (academic, freelance, or professional).
