Job Description

We are seeking a creative and experienced digital designer to join our marketing group. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be able to balance multiple projects at once.

The role involves translating our evolving brand identity into new and existing content assets, making these touchpoints visually engaging and emotionally impactful.

Responsibilities include:

  • Possessing a thorough understanding of branding and marketing with the ability to vary style and layouts depending on the content asset.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador to ensure design solutions follow our brand identity guidelines and templates and maintain consistency and compliance across our design work.
  • Translating our new brand identity into thousands of new and existing content assets.
  • Managing creative production through the design workflow system and maintaining content assets in content asset management tools.
  • Consulting with internal stakeholders to determine objectives, background information, design approaches, styles and techniques.
  • Repurposing content assets into visually compelling digital assets for social/digital media consumption that support our global marketing campaigns.
  • Supporting our Global Events team by providing end-to-end creative assets for in-person and virtual events.
  • Collaborating within the Creative team, sharing ideas, best practices, problem-solving and participating in developing project briefs.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in graphic/digital design or related discipline.
  • Minimum five years' experience in graphic/ digital design role.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
  • Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software.
  • Creativity.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills – the ability to multitask and balance conflicting priorities at any one time.
  • Team player – must be able to work with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in video editing/animation is a plus.
  • An interest in the latest digital technologies and software and growing trends within the creative industry is a plus.
