Job Descriptions/Responsibilities:

·Identify and target potential clients in the assigned market segments (via cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media).

·Qualify leads by assessing potential clients' needs and ability to purchase.

·Conduct client presentations and demonstrations and perform the proposal research and development where needed

·Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close deals effectively.

·Follow up on all leads and inquiries to drive conversion and sales closure.

·Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.

·Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

·Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on product/service enhancements.

·Keep up to date with the latest news and trends in the relevant industries

·Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, customer interactions, and results using the company's CRM tools.

·Prepare regular sales reports for management, including forecasts and performance analysis.

Qualifications

·Graduate of any Management, Business, Marketing, or any related field

·Proven work experience as a business development role, preferably in a B2B environment

·Experience in industrial or technical sales – able to explain technical product specifications

·Experience in B2B sales – able to conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations

·Experience in sales cycle management – generate leads, qualify prospects, and closing deals

·Experience in customer relationship management – ensure repeat business

·Experience in achieving sales targets; with proven sales track record

·Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

·Proficiency in English

·Communication and negotiation skills

·Self-starter

·Ability to build rapport

·Time management and planning skills

·Resilience and Adaptability – ability to handle customer objections

·Willing to work Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php55,000.00 per month
