We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to oversee our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Key Accounts Supervisor should be proficient in the areas of Financial Accounting, Working Capital Management, Basic Product knowledge, SAP B1 Accounting System, Relationship Management, Basic Corporate Legal and Tax, Internal Control.

  • Financial Accounting Information- periodic submission of reports, primarily financial in nature that are needed by the management of the Key Accounts Distributors.

  • Working Capital Management, guide the Operation in Cash, Inventory and Trade Receivables monitoring.

  • Determine with reasonable assurance that the information recorded in the Books like but not limited to cash, receivables and inventory are reliable and that the assets are existing.

  • Assist Key Accounts management in tax related matters. Ability to assess Internal Controls in place and identify control requirements. Proficiency in the use of SAP B1 System and MS Office Applications (like Excel).

  • Supervises the Key Accounts Staff. Assist the Key Accounts Distributors in processing Legal and Tax related matters in relation to Key Accounts operations.

  • Establish good relations with JV staff and partners.

  • Attends to other tasks that may be assigned by superior as the need arises.

  • Must be willing to travel if needed
