Job Responsibilities:

  1. To operate Filling machines efficiently.

  2. To ensure smooth running of Filling machine in production.

  3. To maintain the hygienic condition of the machine and the surrounding area.

  4. To obtain the maximum output from the Filling machine.

  5. To carry out the daily care before and after production as per Operation Manual

  6. To keep downtime to a minimum and record wastage.

  7. To ensure all forms and documents are properly filled up and maintained.

  8. To ensure sample are taken and checked after strip and paper splicing.

  9. To ensure correct date code is set up at startup and entire production run.

  10. To carry out Weekly Care of Filling machines at least every 120 operating hours.

  11. To carry out production checks prior to and during operation. He must stay dose to the machine during Production based on OM.

  12. To carry out package checks for quantity based on OM.

  13. To inform Production Supervisors on the deviation noted on the machine during daily and weekly care.

  14. Taking action on deviation noted on the machine together with Production Supervisor and TPMS Technician.

  15. To carry out SOP on Filling machines.

  16. To perform other task that may be assigned by Immediate Superior.

  17. To follow all Company Rules and Regulation, Health, Environment and Safety Procedures and upholds the company's Food Safety Policy.

Job Requirements:

· College Graduate/Undergraduate of any Electrical & Mechanical course

· With or without experience in the food manufacturing industry

· Good communication and analytical skills

· Flexible, hardworking, willing to work in shifting schedule and computer literate

· Willing to relocate in Trece Martires Cavite or nearby place
