Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Masagana Gas Corporation, a leading LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) provider. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence in the LPG sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our company and make a significant impact in the energy industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives for LPG products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and engaging with potential customers, including residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and customer needs, and utilize insights to develop targeted sales approaches.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials, promotions, and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients, negotiating terms and closing deals.
- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and expand the customer base.
- Work closely with internal teams such as operations, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery of products and excellent customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the energy sector or related industries.
- Strong understanding of LPG products, applications, and market dynamics .
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
