InTouchTech is a dynamic IT and telecom provider offering cybersecurity, IT support, and telephone systems. We specialise in 3CX, Yeastar, Cisco WebEx, Fortinet solutions, and Microsoft 365 services. As we expand globally, we need a manager to ensure our clients receive top-tier support and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a support team of around 10 people within a 30-person company, working remotely and with our UK office.

• Oversee customer support operations via the Halo CRM, ensuring excellent ticket resolution and customer satisfaction.

• Conduct one-to-one performance reviews and guide the team using performance-tracking tools.

• Provide technical expertise in telecom systems (3CX, Yeastar, Cisco WebEx) and cybersecurity (Kaseya 365, Fortinet).

• Act as a Microsoft 365 specialist, supporting managed IT services and Power Apps.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of team management experience required.

• 2-3 years hands-on experience with telecom systems including 3CX, Yeastar, or Cisco WebEx.

• Advanced configuration experience with Microsoft 365 and Cyber Security capabilities.

• 3-5 years management experience with Halo CRM or similar ticketing systems.

Salary:

A competitive monthly salary in the Philippines would range from about PHP 70,000 to PHP 110,000 depending on experience.
