Site Acquisition Officer

What you'll be doing

• Identifying and securing prime outdoor advertising locations, including billboards, murals, and other high-visibility sites
• Negotiating lease agreements with property owners and landlords to secure the best terms for the company
• Conducting market research to assess the viability and potential of new advertising locations
• Collaborating with the creative and sales teams to ensure optimal placement and visibility of client campaigns
• Maintaining strong relationships with existing site owners and exploring new partnership opportunities
• Ensuring all acquired sites comply with local regulations and industry standards
• Providing regular reports on the performance and status of the company's OOH advertising portfolio

WITH BACKGROUND IN OOH- ADVERTISING IS A MUST

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in site acquisition or real estate management, preferably in the advertising or media industry
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to secure favourable terms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess the viability of potential advertising locations
• Familiarity with local regulations and zoning laws related to outdoor advertising
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with site owners and stakeholders

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php25,000.00 per month
