Job Summary:

The Data Encoder / Back Office Representative is responsible for accurately inputting, processing, and managing data into various systems and databases. This role does not involve direct interaction with customers but supports front-end operations by ensuring all back-end information is updated, complete, and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encode, verify, and audit data into company systems and databases.
  • Review source documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of client or company data.
  • Perform regular backups and updates to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist with data clean-up, formatting, and database maintenance.
  • Generate basic reports or summaries from encoded data as required.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure data alignment.
  • Follow established procedures and quality standards.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or data quality issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
