Job description:

  • Conduct land, boundary, and topographic surveys using surveying instruments (e.g., total station, GPS, leveling equipment).
  • Prepare and interpret survey data, maps, and plans for project use.
  • Establish control points, benchmarks, and reference markers for construction works.
  • Verify accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to provide survey reports and layout data.
  • Maintain records of survey results, site conditions, and survey equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company standards.
  • Assist in preparing documents for permits, land titles, and other legal requirements.
  • Troubleshoot issues on-site and provide solutions for layout and measurement concerns.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.-Licensed Geodetic Engineer or Surveyor is an advantage.
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in land surveying and site layout.
  • Proficient in operating surveying instruments and CAD software.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various site conditions.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php27, Php30,000.00 per month
