Basic qualifications:

1) Graduate of a 4-year Bachelor's Degree Course, Business Course or similar.

2) With 3 years experience in Motorcycle Servicing and Customer Service.

3) Knowledgeable in Computer ( MS Office and Words); Knows power point presentation

  • Parts Sales Management - Maintain profitability and productivity of parts operations through effective parts sales strategies.
  • Parts Inventory Management- Establishing individual parts inventory levels and manages the inventory to achieve maximum turnover in accordance with established goals.
  • Customer Service - Analyze customer needs to determine the effectiveness of aftermarket's support ; Develop effective parts process for both internal and external customers and maintain supplier support for after sales service.
  • Manpower Fulfillment - Ensuring PCN position are properly staffed at all times; Ensure and maintain effective training standard for all employees
  • Reports Management - Prepare monthly report plans and target and evaluate strategies and region sales performance that need to improved
