We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Accounting Staff to join our team. In this role, you'll be supporting the accounting department through a variety of tasks, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, and assisting with timely reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or any related program
  • No prior experience required, but a strong interest in accounting or finance is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional and courteous demeanor
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to start immediately

Key Responsibilities:

Daily and Weekly Tasks

  • Process and post AP Invoices for Debit Memos, ensuring accuracy and timely recording
  • Scan check voucher attachments for proper financial documentation
  • Process meal allowance and revolving fund requests, reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and timely recording
  • Provide general accounting support

Monthly Tasks

  • Prepare Disbursement Report (BIR Disbursement Report and General Journal), ensuring accuracy and timely submission
  • Prepare working files for Expanded and Final Withholding tax summary, ensuring accuracy before submitting to Accounting Manager
  • File Expanded and Final Withholding Tax through EFPS, ensuring timely and accurate filings
  • Provide orientation to newly hired employees regarding the use of in-house system

Quarterly Tasks

  • Prepare DAT File for Expanded and Final Withholding Tax, ensuring accuracy and timely filing

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
