o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Client Communication:
o Communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing.
o Respond to client inquiries and requests promptly.
o Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Administrative Tasks:
o Manage administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
o Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

- Technical Support KPIs:
Incident Resolution Time: Average time taken to resolve technical issues.
Customer Satisfaction: Measured through surveys or feedback forms.

QUALIFICATION AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer and Architect or a related field.
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong 1 organizational and time management skills.
SKILLS
Ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively.
Strong skills in preparing, organizing, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Proficiency in writing reports, presenting findings, and maintaining documentation.
