Job Summary:

As a Technical Support Representative, you will serve as the frontline support for customers experiencing hardware, software, and connectivity issues. You'll be responsible for delivering prompt and effective solutions while providing a seamless and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound technical support inquiries from customers
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Provide step-by-step guidance to resolve customer concerns
  • Assist users with login, configuration, and interview-related system issues
  • Escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams when necessary
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and solutions provided

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Technical Support Representative in the BPO industry
  • Open to High School Graduates (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduates, College Undergraduates, and College Graduates
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with basic understanding of hardware and software issues
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Willing to work onsite in Centris, Quezon City
  • Amenable to graveyard and rotating shifts
  • Can start immediately

Salary and Benefits:

  • Up to ₱26,000 total compensation package
  • ₱23,600 Basic Pay
  • ₱2,400 Monthly Allowance
  • HMO coverage on Day 1
  • 20% Night Differential
