About the Role

TRND Marketing Inc. is looking for a Gaming Community Officer to join our growing Community and Social Media Team

This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about gaming, online communities, and creating engaging social media content. You'll help manage and grow our Discord server and social media presence while fostering a fun, inclusive, and active gaming community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize our Discord server, including channel organization, moderation coordination, and event planning.
  • Invite, onboard, and engage new community members.
  • Plan, organize, and execute community events, including writing announcements and distributing prizes.
  • Respond to player inquiries and feedback; monitor public sentiment and maintain a positive community environment.
  • Manage official social media accounts (Facebook, X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
  • Create content calendars, develop campaign concepts, and write engaging post copy.
  • Schedule and publish posts on time, ensuring consistent online presence.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement across platforms.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and engagement opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on social media and community performance.
  • Collaborate with partners, clients, and internal teams to align on goals and updates.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Department Head.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong interest in gaming, community management, and social media marketing.
  • Familiarity with Discord and major social platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and adaptable to changing needs.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
  • Previous experience in online communities, events, or social media (via internships, school projects, or freelance work) is a plus, but not required.
  • Must be willing to work onsite at our office in Cupang, Muntinlupa City.
