Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Software Engineer or similar role
  • With experience in game development
  • Strong proficiency in C/C++ development on Linux and Windows environments
  • Experience with Unity and C#, as well as familiarity with game engines, frameworks, and development tools, is an advantage
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns
  • In-depth knowledge of POSIX Operating Systems, system calls, and multi-threaded application development
  • Strong debugging and optimization skills for performance, memory usage, and load times
  • Good understanding of graphics frameworks and toolchains and familiarity with graphics rendering engines
  • Proficiency with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional creative teams
  • Strong leadership capabilities with prior experience mentoring or leading small software engineering teams
  • Passion for gaming with a deep understanding of game mechanics, design, and user experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement software solutions for slot machine games, including gameplay features and user interfaces
  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and QA teams to deliver engaging and high-quality game experiences
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure performance, stability, and efficiency
  • Research and integrate new tools, technologies, and frameworks to enhance development processes
  • Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers while actively contributing to coding tasks
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements in game development
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system design, specifications, and workflows
  • Support project planning by providing accurate estimates, progress updates, and risk assessments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php100,000.00 per month
