About the role

As the Assistant Brand Manager for the Brandy team at Emperador Distillers, Inc. (EDI), you will play a crucial role in the strategic development and execution of the company's iconic brandy brands. This is a full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, where you will collaborate closely with the wider marketing and brand teams to elevate the brand's presence and drive growth.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for brand development and innovation
  3. Manage and coordinate the creation of marketing materials, including advertising, packaging, and digital content
  4. Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics to inform decision-making and optimise marketing efforts
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, production, and finance, to ensure seamless brand execution
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for the brand

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  2. 1-2 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the FMCG or alcohol beverage industry
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  5. Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, including social media, digital advertising, and content creation
  6. Passion for building and nurturing brands, with a keen eye for detail and a creative mindset
