Education: A Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, or its related field.

Work Experience: At least five years Supervisory related experience.

Licenses/Certifications: Licensed Psychometrician (RPm) or Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) is an Advantage

Required Skills:

·  Good in mediating disputes, resolving conflicts, and negotiating resolutions

·  Knowledge in Psychological Testing and Assessment

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Human Resource Management:

Develops short- and long-range plans for the human resource program and recommends to the management, personnel policies and procedures relating to the human resources management system of the company.

Supervises the accurate and timely completion of both routine and non-routine office functions and delegates tasks to support personnel when necessary.

Monitors the effectiveness of the HRAD programs and recommends modifications of the personnel policies and procedures when necessary.

Provides advice and assistance to Department Heads and office supervisors on issues relating to the human resource management.

Provides leadership, goals, timetables, and other data essential to implement, administer and evaluate the HRAD action plan.

Plans and coordinates with the management regarding the annual activities for employees such as Summer Outing, Team Building and Christmas Party and oversee the implementation of the same.

Represents the management in important investigation for employees' disciplinary action, grievance resolution and hearings.

Ensures proper selection, hiring and training of personnel.

Monitors and evaluates program effectiveness and effects organizational change in the HRAD.

Administration Management:

10.  Ensures all departments are coordinated and activities are running smoothly and effectively.

11.  Ensures smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.

12.  Plans operational budgets, monitors costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation for administration.

13.  Monitors and find ways in reducing operational costs such as electricity, water, office supplies, operation supplies and equipment and other expenses.

14.  Oversees facilities services and maintenance activities.

15.  Monitors outsource personnel such as under-agency employees and security guards, specifically, the proper and effective implementation of the terms and conditions of their respective contracts.

  1. Manages the renewals of company vehicle, medical and life insurances, company's DOLE registrations and certifications.

  2. Ensures all insurance claims are well facilitated and coordinated with the insurance companies.

  3. Oversees the maintenance of the facilities such as the building, equipment, and the like.
  4. Performs other job-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
