Job Overview: Execute efficiently the maintenance and compliance to Wage and Salary Administration, Benefits Administration, Employee Services, Employee and Relations, Organizational Development, Performance Management, Training and Development.

SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:

Recruitment

  • Implements consistent application of recruitment process;
  • Coordinates with other Managers/Department Heads/Officers on manning requirements and set recruitment schedules;
  • Implements policies and Labor Laws on recruitment standards.

Labor Relations and Policy Implementation

  • Executes comprehensive orientation and administration of existing Company Policies in all parts of the operations;
  • Facilitates proper communications and documentations of new policies;
  • Coordinates with the concerned Department Heads in executing updates and documentation of every policy and in creating feedback mechanisms/strategies on addressing/communicating employee issues and concerns.

Organizational Development  (Training and Performance Management)

  • Facilitates identification of training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and position success profiles;
  • Coordinates and communicates regularly with other Department Heads/Officers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of staff training and development,
  • Partners and coordinates with All Department Heads in customizing necessary training programs in line with possible organizational development and business plans including the need for employee development;
  • Initiates and facilitates training programs in coordination with the concerned department head/officer.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Facilitates and monitors consistent applications of compensation and benefits policy;
  • Attends courteously to employee issues on compensation and benefits and coordinates with the all Department Heads on any need for Policy decisions related concerns.

People Management

  • Conducts regular reviews, monitoring, evaluation and coaching on team performance based on the objectives and required competencies;
  • Develops and creates mechanisms/strategies to address the team's development needs and opportunities;
  • Conducts semi-annual team appraisal and assessment.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of College degree, preferably BS Psychology or Social Science or other related courses;
  • Knowledgeable in all facets of Human Resources Management
  • Preferably with minimum of 4 solid years of HR Experience.
  • With good track record in terms of HR related implemented initiatives/projects
  • Must have good moral reputation as HR Supervisor from previous Companies.
