DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Must conduct roving inspection to all company premises.

  2. Must arrange the loading dock parking area.

  3. Monitoring all employees to follow the company rules and policy inside the warehouse GOP & GWP

  4. Ensure that stocks moving in/out of anteroom is validated.

  5. Monitoring all transaction in and out of anteroom

  6. Must check the pull-out scrap materials including empty cartons plastic, metal & wooden pallets

  7. Monitor and evaluate daily operation and planning procedure to mitigate risk and improve safety regulation

8 Monitor the unsafe act and unsafe condition during operation

9 Inspecting building premise individual work stations as well as common areas to ensure the compliance to occupational safety and health standard (OSHS) and the company safety health policies and programs.

  1. Enforcing company safety and health guidelines

  2. Handling risk assessment to gather information on safety issues

12.To comply with the CCTV Codes of Practice, Data Protection Act, Human Rights Act and other relevant guidance at all times.

  1. effectively and sequentially monitor and control all cameras and to take action as appropriate to events seen. Must report immediately to security if there are suspicious actions inside warehouse.

14.To maintain thorough records including Incident logs, the Visitors Logbook, the Repair and Maintenance Logbook and any other designated records within CCTV.

15.To assist police and any other authorized personnel to review images and download data as required in line with Data Protection and CCTV codes of practice.

  1. Follows additional tasks given by superior.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Experience: At least 6 months in safety or security. Report generating.

Education: College undergraduate (units in college)

Trainings: Safety, OSH, security related

Knowledge: English, Basic MS office applications for report generating
