Do you have an eye for detail and a knack for keeping numbers in order? MaxiHealth is looking for an Accounts Payable Associate who can keep our finances running smoothly, build strong vendor relationships, and support the backbone of our growing operations.

What You'll Do

Your daily responsibilities include:

o Process and review supplier invoices with accuracy and timeliness

o Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts (2-way / 3-way match)

o Record and encode payables in the accounting system

o Prepare and release payments—checks, transfers, or online

o Monitor payables aging and prioritize based on terms and cash flow

o Address vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies

o Support month-end closing, reconciliations, and audits

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related field

Experience / Knowledge:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.) a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing deadlines
