REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS Accounting or any related course (preferably with
    Budget and Cost units
    )
  • Computer literate and preferably proficient in different excel functions
  • Must have strong analytical skills
  • Willing to be assigned in Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte
  • Willing to be trained in Davao for 1 month

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Validate and approve daily materials requests
  • Perform periodic variance reports (fertilizer, agrimats, and others)
  • Validate assumptions, compute or revise planned amount
  • Prepare comparative cost & slides for annual budget review
  • Send approved budget to respective departments
  • Entertain queries, comments & requests from other departments
  • Keep abreast of latest budget issues or updates that affects budget functions
  • Strictly observe safekeeping of confidential data and maintain an organized filing system
