KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
  • Perform variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance.
  • Provide financial insights to support strategic initiatives and cost control efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational plans.
  • Create dashboards and reports for executive leadership to facilitate data-driven decisions.
  • Prepares reports for the monthly Departmental P&L review

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Accountancy
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant
  • Minimum of 3 years in accounting management Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Knowledge in Front Office, F&B cashiering procedures is a plus
  • Have good communication skills in written and spoken English
  • Have a analytical minded and be proactive
  • Possess professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skill
