Role Summary :

TechForce is looking for a highly capable System Analyst to join our dynamic Workday ERP team within a major global conglomerate renowned for its integrated premium resorts. In this role, you will play a critical part in analyzing, designing, configuring, and supporting Workday modules tailored to our organizational needs. Your contributions will streamline workflows, improve system efficiency, and uphold compliance standards—driving both operational excellence and strategic growth across the business.

Responsibilities :

  • Drive end-to-end analysis, design, and implementation of ERP modules across HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Payroll—playing a key role in shaping enterprise-wide digital transformation.
  • Partner closely with business leaders and functional teams to uncover requirements, refine processes, and ensure solutions are fully aligned with strategic objectives and operational excellence.
  • Configure, enhance, and deploy ERP solutions—including custom reports, new features, and third‑party integrations.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert, providing guidance and technical support to end users while ensuring smooth operations and rapid resolution of ERP-related issues.
  • Monitor system performance and collaborate with vendors, IT teams, and consultants to maintain a stable, scalable, and reliable ERP ecosystem that supports long-term business growth.
  • Champion compliance, internal controls, and business continuity, ensuring ERP systems meet audit requirements.

Requirements :

  • 4+ years of experience in Workday implementation, configuration, and support.​
  • Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Finance, Payroll, or Procurement modules.​
  • Experience with cross-system integrations, enterprise data mapping, and data migration.​
  • Familiarity with testing processes (SIT, UAT), change management, and system upgrades.​
  • Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.​
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.​
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, global environment with flexibility for extended hours during go-lives.​
  • Understanding of data privacy and compliance standards is a plus.
