We're looking for a dynamic and technically adept AI-Integrated Live Content Producer to manage the entire lifecycle of our cutting-edge, AI-driven live streams. This role is crucial for bridging creative content with advanced technology, encompassing pre-production coordination, AI character development and scripting, live broadcast direction, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will ensure a flawless, engaging, and technically sound integration of AI hosts and characters into our live content ecosystem.
What You'll Do
  • Content Strategy & Pre-Production:- Coordinate all production elements, from graphics and visual assets to the technical infrastructure, to ensure smooth AI integration.- Collaborate closely with AI development teams to define the capabilities and avatars of AI characters or hosts.
  • AI Scripting and Creative Writing: Write compelling and natural-sounding dialogue for the AI characters that aligns with their established persona and the show's narrative.- Design the conversational flows and possible responses for the AI, ensuring seamless and engaging interactions with human hosts and the audience.
  • Live Broadcast Direction & Management: Oversee the technical operation, including live-to-VOD recording, stream quality, and audio/video sync.- Direct the livestream, making real-time creative and technical decisions to ensure a flawless production.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Work with data scientists to analyze AI-driven performance metrics, such as the effectiveness of AI-generated responses, to inform future content strategy.- Lead brainstorms and team reviews to identify opportunities for creative and technical improvements for future shows.
Who You Are
  • Demonstrable experience in creative writing, screenwriting, or copywriting, with a focus on writing for a specific character or voice.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to make decisive calls in a high-pressure, live environment.
  • Must be available to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends or holidays, as live show schedules require
