What You'll Do:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Property Specialists to successfully convert leads into sales.
  • Drive property sales through both traditional and digital marketing initiatives, with passion and confidence.
  • Build and nurture strong networks and lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals.
  • Consistently work toward achieving your team's monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Recruit and develop high-performing, tech-savvy sales professionals to grow your team.
  • Provide end-to-end support to clients throughout the purchasing process, including assistance with documentation and compliance.
  • Demonstrate a strong passion for sales and the real estate industry, staying updated on market trends and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any course (preferably Real Estate Management, Business, or Marketing) or has completed at least 72 units in college.
  • Strong  good communication skills and a client-centered approach.
  • Tech-savvy and knowledgeable in digital marketing and online selling platforms.
  • With sales experience in real estate industry is an advantage
