JOB SUMMARY:

The Facility Engineer is responsible of maintaining the company's internal and external facilities to be functional & good working condition. It includes the monitoring of electrical facilities and solar by system as well as mechanical workability of facilities equipment like compressors & generator sets. Provides support to the needs of production by rendering technical assistance in electrical repairs, adjustment or any additional structural elements of the facilities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Conducts daily monitoring of main electrical distribution unit including transformer, solar pv system, compressors & generator set. Ensure that compressor & generator sets is in good working condition.

· Monitors, check, report & make requisition of damage building structures for any possible repairs or services to be made or needed.

· Prepares monthly report that includes sectional objectives target and program.

· Prepares complete and detailed records of the preventive maintenance of external & internal facilities.

· Perform minor electrical repairs as needed. Contact subcontractor for the major electrical & mechanical repair works.

· Conduct regular checking & monitoring of emergency equipment's like fire alarm, fire hose, fire extinguisher & fire exits.

· Comply with the government standard requirements for facility/building permit and its maintenance.

Management

· Responsible to meet departmental productivity & quality goals.

· Ensures the safe & functional environment of the whole facilities; makes reportorial requirements are properly communicated with superior.

· Ensures that all confidential information and documents are strictly maintained.

· Ensures that the sectional otp is faithfully followed & 5S & safety are strictly practiced.

· Perform other duties as maybe assigned by the superior.

Communication

· Communicate effectively with interrelated section, leader & supervisors.

· Practice and maintain high level of professionalism and business ethics

· Provides necessary information across organization.

TRAINING REQUIRED

· Short circuit analysis

· Preventive & predictive maintenance

· Voltage drop calculation

JOB SPECIFICATION

Education and Experience

· Graduate of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferably with PRC license.

Registered Master Electrician and Registered Electrical Engineer

· Fresh graduate or 1 year working experience in manufacturing set up.

Competencies and Knowledge

· Knowledgeable on the following:

· Can interpret single line diagram

· Autocad drawing

· Basic calculation on electrical load schedule

· Analytical & detailed person.

· Proficient in computer operation & application.
