Job Role 

  • Provide support for students to access and effectively engage with various technologies and course materials 
  • Contribute to the development, review and validation processes and to ensure all tutoring strategies and associated resources are consistent with industry best practice standards and training package requirements 
  • Follow training and assessment strategies and use course resources to facilitate the tutoring services 
  • Maintain and manage ALL documentation as per policies and procedures to ensure their accuracy, integrity and compliance with requirements and audit standards 
  • Facilitate all tutoring activities as per agreed timetables and follow policies and procedures for any activity outside such agreements 
  • Act as a primary source of communication for students 
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of services provided 
  • Provide feedback, including scheduled reports on progress against agreed objectives 
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure quality resources are available to increase the effectiveness of training 
  • Maintain currency of professional (relevant) industry knowledge (eg. nursing and education) to ensure expertise for the accredited courses supported 
  • In conjunction with the team, identify different learning styles of students and workplace needs, and from this analysis make recommendations to align support methods to increase student satisfaction and course completion rates 

 Qualifications and Education Requirements:  

  • Must be a degree holder of BS Nursing with an active PRC license 
  • Must be  NCLEX passer
  • Must have at least 5 years of relevant working experience in a combination of a clinical environment and educational setup 
  • Must have experience as a clinical instructor or a training administrator 
  • Demonstrated expertise in the delivery of competencybased tutoring 
  • Demonstrated a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and collaborate with all learning and development stakeholders 
  • Commitment to the philosophy of continuous improvement 
  • Competent knowledge of the principles of adult learning, access and equity, workplace health and safety, legal and ethical practice 
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of software programs relevant to training and virtual learning 
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skill to comply with organisational policies and procedures and regulatory requirements 
  • Able to manage workload and coordinate Vocational Education and Training (VET) tutoring activities for allocated students across multiple mediums 
  • Valid First Aid Certificate 
  • Certificate IV Training and Assessment (Australian qualification) an advantage 
  • Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with current registration from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency  an advantage

To ensure smooth and efficient work in both remote and in-office settings, candidates must meet the following minimum technical requirements:

  • Laptop/Desktop: Intel Core i5 or equivalent (or higher) with at least 8GB RAM.
  • Internet Connection (for remote work): Minimum 50 Mbps wired internet connection (LAN) for stable connectivity.
  • Backup Internet: Mobile data or secondary ISP for backup in case of connectivity issues.
  • Dual Monitors (Preferred): For enhanced productivity in managing multiple ad accounts and analytics.
  • Noise-Canceling Headset: A high-quality headset for virtual meetings and collaboration.
  • Webcam: A functional webcam for video meetings and presentations.
  • Ad Account Access: Must be proficient in setting up and managing Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
  • Work Environment: A quiet and professional workspace for remote days, while being able to collaborate in the office as required.
