Job Description:

  • Directly reporting to the Sales Vice President
  • Acquire potential estate buyers
  • Determine competitive market prices
  • Prepare purchase agreements and closing statements
  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies
  • Manage and motivate sales agents
  • Office manning location: General Mariano Alvarez, Cavite
  • Project Location: Nasugbu, Batangas

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a sales manager in the relevant field with a duration of at least 1-2 years
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Passion for selling properties
  • With strong leadership and communication skills
  • With knowledge of the property selling process
  • Computer literate
  • Has a sales team of 5 agents
  • Available to start immediately
