Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a sales manager in real estate or a related field (minimum 1–2 years)
  • Have sales team of at least 5 agents
  • With a Bachelor's degree
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Goal oriented, can effectively train, coach, equip, motivate, and supervise sales people
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate sales process
  • Tech savvy, and knowledge in social media platforms
  • Available to start immediately
