  • Proven experience as a sales manager in real estate or a related field (minimum at least 2 years)
  • Must have a ready sales team of at least 5 agents
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate sales process
  • Computer literate
  • Available to start immediately
