Program Field Staff
, you will play a key role in bringing Misibis Foundation's community-based programs to life by organizing activities, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring each initiative is delivered with empathy and precision. Success in this role entails implementing programs smoothly and on time, fostering inclusive community participation, and generating valuable insights to inform and strengthen future efforts. As a vital bridge between strategic planning and grassroots realities, your contributions will help ensure our programs remain responsive, impactful, and deeply rooted in the communities we serve.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement community-based activities in alignment with program goals and timelines
- Facilitate workshops, focus group discussions, and field events that promote inclusive participation and local engagement
- Build and maintain respectful, collaborative relationships with community members, partner organizations, and local stakeholders
- Collect, organize, and report field data to support program monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of program tasks and resource allocation
- Identify challenges during implementation and propose culturally sensitive, practical solutions to address them
- Ensure all field activities comply with organizational policies, ethical standards, and safety protocols
- Support the Program Officer in refining program strategies based on field insights and community feedback
- Maintain accurate documentation of activities, outcomes, and stakeholder interactions for reporting and accountability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, or a related field. Preferably a Registered Social Worker.
- With at least 1 year of experience in program implementation, community engagement, or stakeholder coordination
- Strong facilitation skills and ability to lead inclusive, participatory field activities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools for documentation and scheduling
- Basic understanding of budgeting and financial tracking for program-related expenses
- Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and ability to work respectfully with diverse communities
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Proactive, empathetic, and adaptable team player with a commitment to social impact
- Willingness to travel to program areas and work in a dynamic field environment
