About the Role

We're hiring
4 Medical Doctors
to join our Clinical Operations leadership team. You'll use your medical acumen to oversee care coordination, support clinical teams, and shape internal policies — all while working night shifts on a hybrid setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor clinical teams across multiple medical operations functions
  • Guide staff with clinical expertise on disease management and care coordination
  • Review and approve processes related to case management, chronic care, and utilization review
  • Develop internal clinical guidelines and review medical policies
  • Ensure team alignment with company directives and healthcare standards

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Active PRC Physician License
  • Board Certified (Diplomate)
    in
    Internal Medicine
  • Willing to work
    full-time night shift
    following
    US Holidays
  • Proficient in MS Office
    (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Resides
    within 50km of an Optum site
    (Makati)
  • Has stable
    home internet (at least 100 Mbps)
  • Comfortable with
    hybrid work
    post 3–4 months of onsite training

Good-to-Have

  • Prior leadership experience in hospital or healthcare operations
  • Background in utilization management, case management, or chronic care programs
