About the role

As a Senior Accounting Associate (CPA) at All Visual & Light Systems Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in the company's financial reporting and accounting operations. What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and external stakeholders
  • Perform detailed account reconciliations and variance analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Support the implementation of internal controls and accounting policies to ensure the integrity of financial data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes
  • Participate in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed to contribute to the overall financial health of the organisation

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, with a CPA certification
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably in a similar role or industry
  • Strong proficiency in the use of accounting software, spreadsheets, and financial reporting tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicating financial information effectively
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity and compliance
  • Familiarity with the applicable financial regulations and accounting standards in the Philippines
