Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
● 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, benefits administration, or generalist roles.
● Meticulous attention to detail and good organizational skills.
● Experience in partnering and negotiating with vendors.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to handle employee concerns
with professionalism and empathy.
● Has a strong understanding of government-mandated benefits and processes.
● Experience in payroll coordination or working with payroll systems is an advantage.
● Amenable to work on a hybrid work setup.
