About the role

ARAM ENTERPRISES INC' is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join our dynamic team in Central Cebu City, Cebu. As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position, offering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering and responding to incoming customer inquiries via non-voice channels (e.g. email, chat, social media)
  2. Providing timely and accurate information to customers
  3. Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively
  4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
  5. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  2. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  3. Familiarity with customer service software and tools
  4. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  5. A positive, patient, and problem-solving attitude
  6. Relevant experience in a call centre or customer service environment is preferred
