Job Overview

The Head of Finance is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and oversight to ensure the Club's financial stability, regulatory compliance, and long-term growth. This role works closely with senior management and the Board in driving sound financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the overall operations of the Finance Department
  • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and internal controls
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports
  • Monitor financial performance and provide analysis and recommendations to management
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, statutory requirements, and regulatory standards
  • Oversee internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies
  • Review and approve major financial transactions, contracts, and expenditures
  • Manage, mentor, and evaluate finance and accounting staff
  • Provide financial insights to support business planning and operational decisions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • (Master's degree or CPA is highly preferred)
  • At least 7–10 years of relevant finance experience, with senior management or leadership exposure
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, taxation, and auditing
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills; able to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
  • Experience in hospitality, service, or membership-based organizations is an advantage

Pay: Php55, Php80,000.00 per month
